Dear Users:
1. A problem in GO for an off-momentum optics, giving a matched result
when an overflow occurs during the calculation, was solved.
2. Now when SAD/FFS starts a script file init.local.n in PackagesDirectory
is executed after init.n. This file is for a localization of SAD.
3. A specification of an element with a fractional offset in Twiss, and also
OFFSET of MARK have been valid in solenoid. (It was said in the old manual).
