Dear Users:
1. When the flag INTRA is ON, Emittance[Matrix->True] now returns
a list of 6 by 6 beam matrices to represent the excitation by the
intrabeam scattering at each location. Each matrix is converted to the
physical coordinate AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE RING. The list of matrices
is associated with the keyword IntrabeamExcitation .
2. During making this change a bug was found: the calculation of intrabeam
was not done properly at zero-length elements. The result has been smaller
depending on how many zero-length elements exists in a ring.
Also note that the calculation is not done at all in solenoids.
