Dear Users,

1. A bug was found when evaluating something like

ToExpression["{1,2,3,4,5,6~}"]

to cause Segmentation Fault. This is related to a routine to assume Times (*) between 6 and ~ and that Times is evaluated earlier than ~ without the second argument.

Dear Users,

1. This is a may-be-better solution for the previous issue. For instance, now an expression like

a~b

causes a syntax error instead of Not[b]. The new solution may be more consistent with an expression like Not[a,b] which has been an error already.
