Dear Users,

1. A bug of MARK with OFFSET was found. When one MARK is located at the end of a line to bound the line with OFFSET < 0, then another MARK points to the element beyond the entrance of the bounded element, the latter returns wrong values of Twiss, etc.

The version number was quite confusing now. It should be V1.0.10.3.1a4 or something.
