Dear Users,

1. The next version replaces the legacy numerical input routine, which uses a FORMAT statement of FORTRAN, with a common routine as other part. Then the numerical imprecision when an output of TYPE command is read back is minimized.

Dear Users,

1. A bug in AX, AY of APERT was corrected.

2. New symbols NetResidual and StabilityLevel were defined:
NetResidual: The net residual of convergence except the penalty for unstable optics.
StabilityLevel: Number of unstable planes in the optics calculations. Equal to zero if
all x and y optics are stable for on/off-momentum and finite amplitude matching.
