1. The routines for CSR calculation was modified (a lot).

2. LinearSolve now always uses SVD for any value of Tolerance.

1. A problem when the matrix gives complex eigenvalues numerically is retreated by perturbation, which is better than truncation of the imaginary parts.

2. The boundary condition for a slant wall was changed using third order expansion of the field.
