Dear Users,

1. The Maxwellian fringe for multipoles (>= K2) have been twice stronger. Also a part of the expression was not correct for the K2 component. These affect only tracking, since optics/emittance do not take them into account.

2. Fixed a bug that the value of "S" of a MARK was just the original one when OFFSET was an integer.

3. The expressions for dz and R56 of MULT in a solenoid were slightly simplified.
