1. The next version will include the fringe effect of an accelerating cavity. The Hamiltonian at the entrance edge at s0 is given by
Hf = - (e VOLT/L)(Sin(omega t - dphi) + Sin(dphi) - offset) (x^2+y^2)/4 delta(s-s0)
where dphi and offset are determined by the cavity phase and the radiation loss, which is nonzero only in the case of NORAD. The sign flips at the exit. This formulae should be consistent with what Kiyoshi Kubo derived.
