Fixes:

1. GEO has been strange at a SOL element within a sol region.

2. OGEO (OGX, OGY, OGZ) have been strange in the LINE function within a SOL region.

3. A bug in SingularValues for a complex matrix.

4. Restored the format Legend->{"text", option->value...} for plots, which has not been working for a while.

Changes:

1. LINE and DISPLAY always show geometry of the coordinate, not the orbit's. It used to show orbit within a SOL region. SADHelp has been updated for this change.

2. Refined GEO-related routines with a new module geolib.

3. Made routines comply with gfortran 10.

4. Removed cor, bump, topdraw routines, which are listed in OBJOBS in mk/sad.obj.mk .
