Fixes:

1. Tracking in a DRIFT in SOL with BZ=0 has been wrong since V1.1.8k64 around Mar. 21, 2020.

Changes:

1. SADHelp updated for LOSSMAP, aslo the label format of the html. Now the label is just the name of each item to preserve the link at updates.

2. TCAV now radiates if L is nonzero.

3. Switch and While are applied strength reductions.

4. Range is changed to a defined function remembering the results.

5. Refinements of codes: convert several data statements to parameters, specified intents of args for some routines, etc.

6. SADHelp html uses lowercase tags to comply with KEK accl servers.

Fixes: 1. Erf(z) was wrong when Re[z]<-1 && Im[z] . Erfc was still OK.

Changes:

1. Some functions are defined as pure.

2. Some routines use do concurrent. However, the resulting speed may not be faster depending on conditions.
